The weather here New York decide that is couldn’t wait until mid- September to cool down and basically changed in an instant. This week, I found myself stumbling to try to find thing to wear that would make me too hot (in the sun) or too cold (in the shade). I was honestly caught off guard and need to start curating more looks (like this one) from this summer to fall transition.

A long tunic dress is always a great piece for this time of year. This one is made of a silky material, so it keeps me cool enough in the day and the long sleeve are great for the chillier nights.
I am so looking forward to this long labor day weekend. For the first time, the hubs and I will be travelling east to spend a day in the Hamptons. I been living in New York for 3 years now and every summer I say I need to spend the weekend (or two) in the Hamptons. Though we could only do a day, because of work obligation (#entrepreneurlife), I happy to hobnob with the other New Yorkers that are fleeing the city for the last long weekend of Summer.
