The beautiful Shell B and me
One day, about 3 months ago, I was contacted by Shell B of Shellbcheri.com asking if I would like to participate in a styling session with a few other DC bloggers that she was putting together. Before then, I had never met Shell B but was encouraged by my blogger twin, Waverly, to go for it. So then about a month later, Waverly, came to my house went through my closet and styled me in the awesome outfit you see in this post. A week later it was time for the big photo shoot. The shoot was held at the amazing French-American restaurant, Malmaison , in Georgetown DC.
In between picture snapping, I had the chance to chat and really bond with some of the other ladies chosen for the shoot. I have to say that this project could not have turned out any better. I loved getting to know the ladies, especially Shell B. I am so grateful that she and Waverly saw fit to include me in such an amazing project.

Waverly did such an amazing job styling you, your skirt was like the most vibrant pop of color in the group shots…I told you my best friend was OBSESSED with your outfit, right? I think she has a little bit of a girl crush on you. Anyways, I’m so thankful you were a part of the project and I really hope we can stay in touch once I’m in Nashville and you’re in NYC.
