Highlighter

The weather seems as though its finally trying to break but to give it a little bit of encouragement I wore this bright outfit in the hopes that the sun would get the hint and come out. It didn’t but I think that it was just too shy to compete with my radiance lol.
So I was never really a Tar-jay kinda gal, but Target has really stepped up (or maybe they were already up) their clothing game. I got this cute neon and grey skirt on clearance for $10. Can you believe that ? Remember the Prabal Gurung collection at Target I spoke about here? Well I was able to get an item from that collection as well but you’ll have to wait until it gets a bit warmer, to see me wear that one. So the moral of the store is, that Target might be my new shopping place.
