This year, for the first time, the hubby and I are having Christmas at our house so we thought it would only be right to have a proper Christmas tree. Being fairly newly married and having a new apartment we wanted this years Christmas and tree to be extra special, so we decided to head upstate to pick out and cut our own tree.
Two Saturdays ago we found ourselves at Abels Tree Farm with a saw in one and and a hot cocoa in the other, ready to find the perfect tree. We took a short hay ride from one side of the farm to the other, in search of a perfect tree. After about a half and hour of indecisive banter between Robbie and I, we found the perfect tree.
